Click & Collect

Click and Collect is now available (Monday to Saturday) from the Bedminster store only.

 

Cost and timings.

Click & Collect from Superior Vapour Bedminster store. This service is a 6 day service, Monday to Saturday. Orders must be placed before 3pm. Please note, orders will not be ready for collection on a Sunday.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email, your order will then be ready to collect.

This service is FREE.

 How will I know when my click and collect order is ready?

We'll send you an email when your order has been fulfilled and is ready to collect.

 What do I need to bring to collect my order?

We need to see your ( SV ) order number and proof of ID. A form of driving license or passport is required.

Can someone collect on my behalf?

We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person you've nominated must present your 9-digit order number and their own photo ID ( passport or photo driving licence ).

How long will you hold my order?

We’ll hold your order in store for 7 days, after which we’ll return the order to the warehouse and refund your account. Please note that this may take up to 14 days to process once the order has left the shop.

Which store will my order go?

Currently only the Bedminster store is providing this service. 

 What time shall I pick up my order?

Any time after 2pm, but please wait for our email confirmation before you set off. Please be aware that you won't be able to collect your order during browsing time on a Sunday.

Where do I pick my order up in store?

A Click and Collect table is located outside of the store.

 I haven't had an email to confirm my order is ready - what should I do?

If you still haven’t received any information regarding the order you can contact our customer services team who will be able to check the location of your parcel. Call 01179 669309 10am - 5pm, Mon - Fri.

I was unable to collect my click & collect order. What happens next?

We’ll hold your order in store for 7 days, after which we’ll return it to our warehouse and refund your account. Please note that this the refund may take 5 days to process once we receive the order back in the warehouse.

Why is click & collect not available for my order?

In order to use Click and Collect, all items within your order must be eligible for this type of delivery.
