Battery Warranty:
Lithium-Ion batteries in electronic cigarettes are similar to the batteries used across the world in everyday devices like mobile phones and are considered safe, if used improperly there can be safety risks. All branded batteries have gone through extensive testing from the respective brand and most models have a built-in protection circuit, but in order to use your battery safely it is vital you keep the following points in mind.
- When not using your electronic device use the On/Off feature. - Only use the charger supplied with your product. Different batteries use different chargers. - Never leave batteries unattended whilst charging unless you are using a charging safety bag. - Never submerge batteries in water or expose to extremely low or high temperatures. - When batteries reach the end of their life safely dispose of them correctly. - Always carry loose batteries in non-conductive containers, plastic or cardboard are fine, never with metal/metallic objects such as loose change or keys.

Batteries, Chargers and Variable Voltage Mods:
These items come with a 60 day guarantee and have a life expectancy of 3-6 months. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs, or replacements, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. If the product has been damaged by accidental damage due to mishandling from the customer we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.
Mechanical Mods:
A 30 days manufacturer’s guarantee is applied to all mechanical mods. Please note that Mechanical Mods are for experienced/advanced users ONLY. Superior Vapour LTD accepts no responsibility for the potential damage caused by the incorrect assembling of any mechanical mod. If your mechanical mod is Incorrectly build, such damage can be caused to your equipment and Superior Vapour accepts no responsibility for the damage caused as this damage is the result of improper construction.
E-Liquids & DripTips
Our warranty does not cover these items due to the nature of the products. For health and safety reasons, as well as hygiene, we cannot offer a warranty on them.
Atomizers, Clearomizers & Cartomizers
We offer a seal on arrival (DOA) warranty. The customer must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the item in order for the warranty to be applicable. If you contact us after the 24 hour period, this will mean that we cannot offer a refund or return. Please note that this also applies to multipacks.
Accessories
Superior Vapour offers a 60-day manufacturer’s warranty on items which are located in our accessories section and those of which are NOT electronic or which are tied to our Dead on Arrival warranty.

If an item is returned by your local customs office a refund can be provided minus any postage costs incurred by ourselves. However if the item is seized by your local customs office this is the responsibility of the customer to resolve.
Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
We are currently offering free UK delivery ( DHL ) on all orders over £25. Cut off for next day delivery on all orders, any courier, is 3pm UK time.

Any orders placed after this time will be treated as being placed the next working day for the purposes of delivery. We do however try our best to be flexible so please email us on info@superiorvapour.com if you have any specific requirements. The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. The carrier may leave it with a neighbour or your local post office, however, they will leave a card telling you where it is. You may use a different address for delivery when ordering with us, if it is more convenient I.E your workplace.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability we cannot be precise on a timing of delivery. Please choose geographical zone when checking out. We ship our international orders using DHL.
Insurance – PLEASE READ All our free flat rate and Signed For services are insured up to the value of £50. We recommend choosing the Special Delivery option for all orders over £50 as this covers goods up to £500 and is guaranteed next working day delivery. SuperiorVapour can only refund or replace goods up to the value of £46 if the free flat rate or signed for option has been chosen. Please do not hesitate to contact us if your order has not arrived within 5 working days ( UK orders ) and NON-UK order within 14 days quote your order number when doing so. Aegis Boost Pod Kit by GeekVape is compact, very durable and tough pod kit that has a max power output of 40W. The device is IP67 rated meaning it's waterproof, shock-proof and dust-proof. The Aegis has a 1500mAh built in battery which is plenty of power for a small device. The pod takes various coil options, 0.4ohm and 0.6ohm suitable for either MTL (mouth to lung) or DTL (direct to lung) vaping.
