Returns & Refunds
By shopping online or over the telephone with Superior Vapour, you are covered by the distance selling regulations meaning, You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving all of what you ordered and you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of cancelling the order. Due to the nature of the items, they must all be in an unused condition for health and hygiene reasons.
It is your responsibility to return the items to us, or to arrange collection of larger items. This needs to be done promptly at your cost and is stated in the consumer rights directive.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids that have been unsealed.
Returning Faulty Goods
Please check all goods when you receive them as the warranty will run from the date of your receipt.
Superior Vapour offer a 30 day replacement warranty on faulty goods, excluding atomizers.
The following procedure must be followed in order to carry out a warranty claim,
Contact us stating your order number, name and the nature of the fault. We will then contact you to offer advise or arrange for the return of your item.
Once the goods are received we will test and inform you of the findings.
If the goods are found to be faulty then we will immediately send out replacement items. We will do our best to ensure that this process is completed within 5 working days.
