Click & Collect
Cost and timings.
Click & Collect is FREE from your chosen Superior Vapour Store for orders of £25 and over, or £4 if you spend less. This is a 6 day service, Monday to Saturday. Orders must be placed before 3pm for same dispatch and will be shipped with DHL (1-3 days UK only) to your chosen store. Please note, orders will not be ready for collection on a Sunday and orders placed on a Saturday will not be dispatched until Monday.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a text message and an email, your order will then be ready to collect. You must supply a valid contact number in order to track your order.
This service is FREE from the Bedminster store.
How will I know when my click and collect order is ready?
We'll send you an email and an SMS message when your order is ready to collect from your chosen store.
It is mandatory to supply a valid mobile number and valid email address so you can receive an SMS message from the courier informing you when the order has been delivered.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
We need to see your ( SV ) order number and proof of ID. A form of driving license or passport is required.
Can someone collect on my behalf?
We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person you've nominated must present your 9-digit order number and their own photo ID ( passport or photo driving licence ).
How long will you hold my order?
We’ll hold your order in store for 7 days, after which we’ll return the order to the warehouse and refund your account. Please note that this the refund may take 5 days to process once we receive the order back in the warehouse.
Which store will my order go to?
When you place your order, you’ll be given options to select a store that’s convenient to you in terms of geographical location, but you'll be able to select an alternative if that works better.
What time shall I pick up my order?
Any time after 2pm, but please wait for our email or text confirmation before you set off. Do check the opening times of your chosen store as they may differ and please be aware that you won't be able to collect your order during browsing time on a Sunday.
Where do I pick my order up in store?
Go to the store counter and ask any member of staff.
I haven't had an email or text message to confirm my order has arrived - what should I do?
If you still haven’t received any information regarding your order please contact our customer services team who will be able to check the location of your parcel. Call 01179 669309 10am - 5pm, Mon - Fri.
I was unable to collect my Click & Collect order. What happens next?

Why is Click & Collect not available for my order?
In order to Click & collect, all items within your order must be eligible for this type of delivery.
