Click and Collect

In line with the current government guidelines our Click and Collect service is unavailable until further notice.

Please use our online or telephone ordering service (01179 632 999) for delivery.

Cost and timings.

Click & Collect from your chosen Superior Vapour Store. This service is a 6 day service, Monday to Saturday. Orders must be placed before 3pm. Orders will take 2 days to deliver in the chosen store after the order has been processed. Please note, Orders will not be ready for collection on a Sunday.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a text message for that. You must supply a valid contact number in order to track your order.

The service is free when you spend £25 or more and £4.00 delivery fee if the order is under £25.


 How will i know when my click and collect order is ready?

We'll send you an email and an SMS when your order is ready, confirming your chosen shop.

It is mandatory to supply a valid mobile number and valid email so you can receive an SMS message from the courier informing you when the order has been delivered.

 What do i need to bring to collect my order?

We need to see your ( SV ) order number and proof of ID. A form of driving license or passport is required.

Can someone collect on my behalf?

We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person you've nominated must present your 9-digit order number and their own photo ID ( passport or photo driving licence ).

How long will you hold my order?

We’ll hold your order in store for 7 days, after which we’ll return the order to the warehouse and refund your account. Please note that this may take up to 14 days to process once the order has left the shop.

Which store will my order go?

When you place your order, you’ll be given options to select a shop that’s convenient to you in terms of geographical location, but you'll be able to select an alternative if that works better. 

 What time shall i pick up my order?

Any time after 2pm, but please wait for our email or text confirmation before you set off. Do check the opening times of your chosen shop as they all differ, and please be aware that you won't be able to collect your order during browsing time on a Sunday.


Where do i pick my order up in store?

Go to the stores counter and ask any member of staff.

 I haven't had an email or text message to confirm my order has arrived - what should i do?

If you ordered before 3pm, your order will be available to collect 2 working days from that time so please wait until after that to contact us. If there’s any delay to your order, we’ll text you to let you know.

If you still haven’t received any information regarding the order you can contact Customer Services team should be able to check the location of your parcel. Call them on 01179 669309 10am - 5pm, Mon-Fri.

I was unable to collect my click & collect order. What happens next?

We’ll hold your order in store for 7 days, after which we’ll return it to our warehouse and refund your account. Please note that this the refund may take 5 days to process once we receive the order back in the warehouse.

Why is click & collect not available for my order?

In order to Click & collect, all items within your order must be eligible for this type of delivery.
